A day trip down to the National Mall on Veteran’s Day weekend proved to be well worth the trip. It provided a wonderful opportunity to capture people honoring America’s veterans at the various memorials, surrounded by the splendor of the fall colors. On this particular day, we visited the DC Memorial (a small marble rotunda), the Korean War Memorial (one of my favorites), and the FDR Memorial (our Commander in Chief for WWII).
