Last fall I had an overnight stay in New Orleans before a short business meeting at the New Orleans Aquarium the next morning. With a few hours to roam the city and one of my point and shoot cameras (Canon G10) in my pocket, I was able to snap off a few cool shots of some of the city’s most famous locations. New Orleans is a photograper’s playground, as the city is literally bursting with culture and personality. Shown below are Jackson’s Square, Cathedral, and the Cabrillo, the Mississippi River and the GNO Bridge, Cafe DuMonde, Joan of Arc’s Statue in the French Market, the County Courthouse.
