Upper Antelope Canyon is a slot canyon in Page Arizona that is renown for its colorfol sandstone walls, amazing reflected light, and for it’s light beams that stream down into the Canyon during the summer months. The Canyon is on Navajo land, and has become a major tourist attraction, with numerous tour companies taking hundreds of people out to the Canyon at the same time during the peak hours of the day. With all the people and the unavoidable competition for space and time, my tour guide called it “Combat Photography”. It certainly was a challenge, but I was able to capture some great images during my less than two hours spent in the Canyon.
